I was stranded with a flat tire on I-40 heading to the beach. I tried to change the tire but to no avail when I could not get the spare out from under my Suburban. Billy rescued me and got me safely towed to the Mount Olive Walmart where the repairs were made. He called me later to make sure I was ok and on my way again. He is a super nice guy and treated me great and fairly.
